When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address. We use it to email you about ZUKA's launch, news and offers.

Our legal basis is your consent. You can withdraw it at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email, or by emailing us.

Our website host also processes technical data, such as your IP address, to deliver and secure the site. This is in our legitimate interest in running a secure website.

Who we share it with

Our email and website hosting providers process your data for us. Some are based outside the UK, including in the United States; these transfers are protected by safeguards approved under UK law, and you can ask us for details. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to or transfer your data. Email us and we will reply within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
